What is your returns policy?

How soon can I receive my order?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • Within Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM.
  • Outside Nairobi (within Kenya): Delivered within 48 hours.
  • Uganda & Tanzania: Orders arrive within 3 working days.
  • International orders: Delivery takes 7–14 working days.

Please note: Delivery timelines apply to working days (Monday–Friday).

How do I pick the right size?

What are your operating hours?

Our physical store is open Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am - 6.00 pm EAT. We are closed on Sundays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via M-Pesa and debit/credit cards.

Do you offer refunds?

We currently offer store credit or exchanges only.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Please contact us within 24 hours with your order details, and we’ll sort it out right away.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Nairobi is usually KSh 300–500 depending on location. Outside Nairobi rates are Ksh. 550 via Wells Fargo Courier. Delivery rates via other couriers will vary depending on the courier.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. Local delivery is done by local couriers. For international orders, we’ve partnered with Shipshap to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.

Do you accept custom orders or adjustments?

We currently offer our standard designs, but you can reach out if you have a small adjustment request, we’ll see what’s possible.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us immediately after checkout.
