Shipping and Delivery
Local Shipping
Once your order is processed, the parcel is shipped out the same business day for orders within Nairobi placed before 2.00 pm. Deliveries outside of Nairobi will be delivered within 1 - 3 days. Please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged for the additional delivery costs.

Shipping outside Nairobi but within Kenya
All deliveries outside Nairobi are shipped via Wells Fargo Courier. The costs are dependent on the delivery location. If you would like the parcel to be delivered by your preferred courier, all additional costs incurred to facilitate the delivery will be charged to the customer.
In the event that we are not in a position to deliver the parcel within the timelines stipulated above, we will notify you in advance.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped in partnership with Shipshap. International delivery transit time takes about 7 - 14 working days. International shipping rates vary depending on the location and weight of the package. These prices are set for items weighing below 5kgs. For items above 5kgs, we will contact you directly for extra costs. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. If you would like the parcel to be delivered by your preferred courier, all additional costs incurred to facilitate the delivery will be charged to the customer.
