Refund policy

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received but we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and return it to us for an exchange or give a store credit of the purchase price, less the shipping costs and other charges where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition upon receipt, that is, unwashed, unused, with tags and in the same packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will refund the shipping costs incurred.

Exceptions

1. We do not accept returns on sale items

2. We do not accept returns for intimate items such as bodysuits.
